IBM id の削除方法【2022年版】

最近IBM id を削除しましたので、その方法をご紹介します。
※2022年2月現在、削除できた方法になります。

 

 

IBMへ削除依頼メールの送信

以下の内容でメールを送ってください。

TO : erchelp@ca.ibm.com

FROM : IBM id のメールアドレス

タイトル : Please delete my IBM id

Please delete my IBM id,  IBM id のメールアドレス

送り先はerchelp@ca.ibm.com です。

赤字は自分のIBM id のメールアドレスにしてください。(異なるアドレスだと駄目のようです)

IBMから削除確認のメール受信＆返信

erchelp@ca.ibm.com より以下の削除確認メールがきます。

This is with regard to your e-mail requesting assistance with deleting the IBM Account.

Please be advised that you have an active IBMid which is same as your e-mail address: IBM id のメールアドレス

Please note that once the deletion is executed, it cannot be reverted and there could be loss of access granted to your IBMid.

Please confirm if we may proceed with the deletion of your IBMid.

削除して問題なければ、以下のように返信します。

Yes, please proceed.

IBMよりチケットが発行される

IBMより以下のメールがきます。

Please be advised that a Sev 3 ticket # ********* has been raised to delete your IBMid as requested.

Once the ID is deleted, you will be notified via e-mail.

IBMより削除のメール

DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL.

IBM id のメールアドレス

上記メールが届けば削除完了です。
